"OPETH have set Deliverance as the title of their forthcoming "heavy" CD, which is due on October 28th, while the more "mellow" follow-up will be called Damnation. As previously reported, Damnation is tentatively set for release in March 2003
OPETH have spent the last two months recording their two-album project in Gothenburg, Sweden with producer Steven Wilson (PORCUPINE TREE). Five songs plus a short instrumental have been cut for the heavy album while another 10 were laid down for the more mellow record."
Well, I can't fucking wait that is for sure. Opeth haven't failed me yet, so unless they do a gay In Flames turn for the worse (which is doubtful) these releases will fucking rule. I do believe they will hit superstar status with these albums that's for sure (if they're not there already).
